Juanita C. Phillips Oratorical Contest
The Juanita C. Phillips Oratorical Contest is held
each year during the Sistrunk Historical Festival in February. The
contest will be supervised and directed by the Zeta D.O.V.E.
Foundation, Inc.
Mrs. Juanita C. Phillips
was a dedicated humanitarian who shared herself with the community in the area of education, civic responsibility, social justice and the political process. To commemorate her commitment, the Zeta D.O.V.E Foundation, Inc. is sponsoring the Juanita C. Phillips Oratorical Contest.We believe the contest will improve public speaking skills, increase global awareness, intellectual thinking, and inspire students to appreciate the value of volunteerism in their own community.
